- Income/payment readiness and deposit controls
- Vehicle/platform eligibility
- Insurance readiness for the approved use
- Signed rental documents
- GPS/telematics consent where applicable
Before handoff
The vehicle must be ready too.
Paperwork ready
Title, registration and required insurance must be in order before pickup.
Safety ready
Mechanical condition, tires, brakes, warning lights and required maintenance are checked before handoff.
Documented condition
Photos, odometer, keys and maintenance baseline create a clear starting record for both sides.
During the rental
Keep your rental in good standing.
On-time payments, safe use, prompt maintenance reporting, scheduled condition inspections and compliance with the agreement all matter. Renewal is reviewed before each new term based on account status, vehicle condition, availability and current rental terms.
